Honors Commons
The Honors Program is housed on the fifth floor of the Robert E. Kennedy Library. Our administrative office is located here in addition to a large, cheerful study area with comfortable chairs, bright decor, and configurable tables and chairs. We also have projection facilities and are part of the Library's wireless network.
The Honors Commons is a meeting place for Honors students as well as various affiliated programs such as Study Abroad, International Students, and Engineers Without Borders (EWB) student chapter. The Honors Commons offers an environment where Honors students, faculty, and staff may gather in a relaxed environment to get to know each other and to discuss topics of interest.

Learning Commons
The Kennedy Library Learning Commons (located on the second floor of the library) provides all library users with access to a modern collaborative workspace, complete with the latest computing, print and non-print resources as well as expertise in technology, research and faculty development tailored to support Cal Poly's active learning communities. As part of the Digital Teaching Library initiative, this flexible, multi-use collaborative space accommodates teaching with technology, promotes cross-disciplinary social interactions that encourage academic and intellectual pursuits, promotes collaborative projects and creates a sense of community where students and faculty both contribute to and benefit from a knowledge creation and dissemination process.
